You can pay your rent online through resident services, mail a check to the P.O. box or pay by WIPS at a location that accepts WIPS, such as Walmart.

Gas for heating, cooking and hot water as well as water, sewer and trash

Contact Consumers Energy or go to the Consumers Energy website to transfer the electric into your name.

Bloom Broadband. Our office can set up the service for you and you will pay these along with your rent.

A one month notice and a Lease Cancellation Premium by the time your keys are turned in.
