Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.

Reserved carports are offered for $35 per month based on availability.

The two-bedroom apartments come in two styles, one covering up to 919 square feet and has one bathroom, and another one spanning over 963 square feet and offering two bathrooms. Regardless of the number of bedrooms, all our homes boast private patios or balconies, generous walk-in closets with wardrobe organizers, as well as practical in-unit washers and dryers and air conditioning systems. Further ensuring your well-being are our modern community amenities. Next stop is the shimmering pool and its beautiful sundeck where you can cool off and relax on warm days, followed by the equally welcoming community building. Both settings have Wi-Fi making it easy to stay connected. Dish Network and high-speed internet are also available in all our homes.

Inside your new one or two-bedroom apartment for rent in Battle Creek, you will discover a modern layout and a cozy atmosphere. All our residences feature walk-in closets with wardrobe organizers, private patios or balconies, as well as enclosed storage spaces. Practical features such as air conditioning systems, in-unit washers and dryers, well-equipped kitchens, and dishwashers, are also present. Some utilities are included in the rent, and you can also opt for longer or shorter stay leases, and benefit from our policy of not paying the security deposit until move-in day.

Pet Policy

Our community welcomes up to 2 animals per apartment! Cats and dogs are allowed. Prior to welcoming a pet into your home, residents will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 along with a monthly pet rent of $30.00 per pet. No weight restrictions. Breed restrictions apply.
